RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:
Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: 1 tsp. (5 mL) daily.
Children 1–13 years: ½ tsp. (2.5 mL) daily.
Adults (rheumatoid arthritis): 2 tsps. (10 mL) daily.
