DIRECTIONS
Adult Dosage: Take 3 capsules daily with food and a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris Fruit Extract) 125 mg
(standardized to contain min. 45% Saponins)
LJ100® Long Jack (Tongkat Ali) (Eurycoma longifolia Root Extract) 25 mg
(standardized to contain min. 22% Eurypeptides)
ZMA® providing:
Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 1.5 mg
Zinc (from Zinc L-Monomethionine and Zinc Aspartate) 4.5 mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium Aspartate) 70 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silica.
