100mm x 150mm. Thin, flat lasagne is as delicate as homemade and will perfect any lasagne recipe. No pre-cooking required. Pre-blanched, it can be used for a variety of filled and wrapped shapes. 

Our original pasta, made in small batches, slow dried from prairie-grown Canadian durum wheat and our farm-fresh, free-run eggs, to which it owes its golden colour, is flavour-rich and nutritionally dense.

If using this for Lasagne, no need to pre-cook! 

If using as cannelloni, blanch the noodles until they are pliable to roll!
