The berries of the saw palmetto plant have been used traditionally to enhance male urinary and reproductive health. Saw palmetto is a natural treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a common condition in men over 50. BPH can cause urinary problems and is a risk factor for prostate cancer.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each Capsule Contains:

Saw palmetto extract 2:1 (Serenoa repens) (fruit) (25% fatty acids)500 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), silica, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Suggested Use

Used in herbal medicine to help relieve the urologic symptoms (e.g., weak urine flow, incomplete voiding, frequent daytime and nighttime urination) associated with mild to moderate Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH).

Recommended Dose:

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbance.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Keep out of reach of children.
