Inari Organic Black Chia Seed (Whole)
Chia seeds are the new superfood due to their high nutrient value. They are extremely high in plant-based essential fatty acids, especially ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), which our bodies cannot produce on their own. In addition they are an excellent source of plant-based fat (low saturation) and high in protein, and mildly anti-inflammatory.
Suggested use:
Inari Organic Black Chia Seed can be used in many different ways from eating them as a snack, to sprinkling them over your salads, yogurts, in your smoothies, combining them with other seeds as a condiment, or grinding them as a high protein flour. They can also be emulsified into a gelatinous egg substitute, which is why they are very popular with Vegans.
